I understand that the captain, crew and owner of the boat coming to my assistance are doing so as Good Samaritans. I accept the assistance on this basis, holding them and Tellico Boaters Assistance Response Team, Inc. (T-BART) without any blame or obligation if any personal injury to me or others on my watercraft, loss or property damage to my watercraft or equipment occurs while being provided assistance from the moment this release is signed. It is further understood that the insurance covering my watercraft will be the primary insurance should there be any personal injury, loss or property damage incurred by me, by others on my watercraft, or by my watercraft or equipment while being provided assistance.
